This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address and resolve technical support tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues associated with workload automation and system integrations.
• Analyze, validate, transform, and reconcile environmental data throughout the migration process.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, even when source and target platforms exhibit partial compatibility.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive strategies to minimize recurring issues.
• Work in collaboration with development teams to escalate and resolve software bugs or system defects.
• Take part in the on-call rotation to support critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• May assist with minimal solution engineering or product demonstrations on an ad-hoc basis (limited time commitment).
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients during the issue resolution process.
• Over 4 years of experience in a technical support role, engaging directly with both customers and engineering teams.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Experience in data migration processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience utilizing SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure and effectively prioritize multiple incidents.
