• Serve as a technical expert for Cisco-based solutions during presales activities.
• Provide solution overviews and training to both internal teams and clients.
• Assist in crafting sales strategies and support initiatives directed at customers.
• Keep up-to-date with technology advancements, products, and industry best practices through training sessions, webinars, and teamwork.
• Develop solution diagrams, gather and analyze customer requirements data, and engage in additional presales tasks that support engineering projects.
• Investigate technical inquiries, addressing customer questions regarding products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners.
• Maintain quality and uniformity of presales deliverables by adhering to established processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver effective solutions for Presidio’s clientele.
• Operate in a focused and efficient manner to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness within Presidio’s presales team.
• Engage in meetings with customers and sales teams to gather technical requirements and formulate suitable technical solutions.
• Help resolve presales obstacles and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales process.
• Work collectively with Presidio, Cisco, and other essential teams to cultivate opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Cisco sales pipeline by supporting technical campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; OR equivalent experience and/or military background.
• Basic understanding of either Cloud or AI Infrastructure technologies or Modern Networking (networking/firewall/wireless) technologies.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the capability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
