• Serve as a technical expert for Cisco-based solutions during presales activities.
• Provide solution overviews and enablement for both internal teams and customers.
• Assist in the formulation of sales strategies and support customer-facing initiatives.
• Keep abreast of technology trends, products, and industry best practices through training, webinars, and collaboration with national teams.
• Develop solution diagrams, gather and analyze requirements data from clients, and engage in other presales tasks to support engineering initiatives.
• Investigate technical issues, respond to customer inquiries regarding products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of presales deliverables by adhering to standardized processes and workflows.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver solutions for Presidio’s clientele.
• Operate in a focused and directed manner to enhance overall productivity and efficiency within Presidio’s Presales team.
• Engage in discussions with customers and sales teams to gather technical requirements from Presidio clients and develop suitable technical solutions.
• Aid in addressing presales challenges and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate effectively with Presidio, Cisco, and other critical teams to capitalize on opportunities.
• Support the development of the Cisco sales pipeline by contributing to technical campaign support and go-to-market strategies.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; OR equivalent experience and/or military background.
• Foundational knowledge of Cloud or AI Infrastructure technologies, or Modern Networking (networking/firewall/wireless) technologies.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clarify complex concepts effectively.
