• Take ownership of project management for the modules under your responsibility, ensuring that tasks are executed effectively and that implementation statuses are accurately reported.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp their unique requirements, specific situations, and use cases, while identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Engage in hands-on configuration of the module, encompassing setup, data triage, and customization efforts.
• Comprehend data dependencies and assist in resolving data-related issues.
• Cultivate expertise in how the module integrates within the broader SchooLinks product ecosystem.
• Maintain continuous engagement with customers to ensure project momentum, foster buy-in, and promote adoption.
• Partner with Customer Success to coordinate customer interactions, manage escalations, and establish timelines.
• Regularly define and document the challenges and issues encountered by our partners.
• Support the Product team with quality assurance and enhancement of the product.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a comparable role within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Strong project management capabilities, with an understanding of task dependencies, sequencing, and task management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple clients concurrently.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a readiness to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment — adept at sourcing the right information as needed.
• Enjoy delving into details to resolve issues, yet adhere to a strict approach to completing tasks and delivering results.
• Solid technical comprehension, including the ability to understand platform data connections and logic.
• Proficient in working with data feeds, which involves reviewing data files and identifying issues.
• Confident in presenting to district stakeholders and inspiring them to accomplish tasks.
• Clear and effective communicator — capable of translating product and engineering terminology into straightforward customer communications.
• Preferred, but not mandatory - experience with scripting languages (such as Python) and JSON data.
