Technical Solutions Field Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a consultant to the Conti Life Cycle (CLC) Partner for pre-installation consulting and Partner approval.

• Collaborate with CLC Partner's contractors and suppliers to ensure the production schedule is adhered to during installation.

• Offer guidance on plant installation essentials, including power, electricity, compressors, transformers, and more.

• Partner on the Project Management Plan (PMP) for equipment and parts.

• Assist CLC partners with equipment operations, process execution, and maintenance training.

• Develop and implement the quality process for retreading.

• Provide technical support for all Digital Solutions products to customers, including Fleets and Dealers.

• Aid in installations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Consult on the design, layout, and installation of equipment to optimize the retreading operation.

• Support CLC partners in training their plant personnel.

• Offer technical assistance for machine and process-related issues.

• Ensure the availability of every equipment manual.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, along with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of pertinent experience if a Bachelor's Degree is not held.

• Professional experience in the Retreading process, plant layouts, and equipment installations.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Experience in project management.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Canada (50 - 75%).

• Valid passport and driver’s license.
