• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into client marketing processes

• Develop tailored automations and integrations utilizing Python and SQL

• Manage intricate technical support escalations

• Collaborate with clients to enhance workflows

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

• High level of expertise in Python and SQL

• Background in technical customer-facing positions such as Implementation Specialist, Solutions Consultant, or Marketing Technologist

• Familiarity with digital marketing processes, including SEO

• Capability to engage directly with clients to convert operational requirements into technical solutions

• Previous experience with remote work is essential
