Technical Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address technical issues by troubleshooting incidents, which includes collecting comprehensive problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication.

• Keep clients informed of the investigation's progress while ensuring all related records are accurately updated in the CRM system.

• Skilled in leveraging all support tools and processes to resolve cases effectively.

• Disseminate best practices for the effective use and deployment of Varicent products.

• Support KPI objectives (SLA, QA, Resolution, etc.).

• Available for scheduled weekend coverage as part of the on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of pertinent technical experience.

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms (mandatory).

• Knowledgeable about relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.

• Familiar with client-server architecture.

• Capable of clearly communicating technical instructions to individuals with limited experience, both verbally and in writing.

• Contribute to sharing best practices for the use and deployment of Varicent products.

• Assist customers in maximizing the business value of their products.

• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.

• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
