Technical Solution Architect – Business Applications

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with business needs, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the entire application ecosystem.

• Spearhead the architectural strategy for the integration of essential business applications, such as Salesforce (CRM), Netsuite (ERP), and Workday (HCM/Finance), while utilizing Mulesoft for enterprise-level integration and API management.

• Design and oversee the strategic deployment and integration of AI/ML capabilities within core SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Workday AI), ensuring data readiness, governance, and the ethical application of models for predictive analytics and automation.

• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, integration specifications, and solution blueprints.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Delivery teams, and Business Stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into tangible, actionable technical designs.

• Investigate and assess new technologies and tools to improve the existing architecture and foster innovation throughout the organization.

• Engage in security reviews and compliance audits concerning system architecture and data flow.

• Mentor junior technical staff on best practices in architecture and the complexities of systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in an architectural position, with substantial experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing intricate integrations between various enterprise SaaS applications.

• In-depth architectural knowledge of Salesforce and at least one other major platform (Netsuite or Workday).

• Practical experience with an integration platform as a service (Mulesoft preferred) and principles of API-led connectivity.

• Strong grasp of data modeling, security, governance, and the architectural principles necessary to support AI/ML initiatives within a SaaS application framework.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
