This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct comprehensive integration analysis from start to finish, which includes collecting requirements, mapping data flows, and identifying system interdependencies within client environments.
• Oversee solution design initiatives, converting intricate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable architecture and integration specifications.
• Utilize a data analyst perspective to assess integration performance, highlight anomalies, and propose enhancements based on data insights.
• Harness AI tools and emerging technologies to improve solution quality, expedite delivery, and address client challenges more effectively.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and client project teams to implement enterprise-level HCM solutions.
• Develop and uphold thorough solution documentation, encompassing design specifications, data dictionaries, and test plans.
• Address and resolve integration challenges promptly and with a focus on solutions.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients by showcasing technical expertise and a proactive, can-do spirit.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• A strong data analyst mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets, recognize patterns, and derive actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as generative AI platforms, ML libraries, or AI-assisted development environments) and a genuine eagerness to expand this knowledge and apply it in practice.
• Capability to swiftly comprehend business scenarios and understand the technological implications of client requirements.
• A solution-focused mindset with a proactive, “make it happen” attitude and the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Competence in prioritizing and managing multiple projects, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nice to Have: Proficiency in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and scripting for integration or automation tasks.
• Practical experience with integration analysis and solution design across enterprise systems.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience in an HCM or enterprise software setting.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Understanding of HCM platforms such as UKG Pro, Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar.
• Experience with Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS integration platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipeline tools.
