• Manage the deployment of Fluxx software for various customers simultaneously, ensuring delivery within the specified project scope and deadlines.
• Navigate and balance competing priorities across multiple projects effectively.
• Gather and validate product configuration requirements through blueprints, templates, prototyping, business analysis, and process analysis to deliver a grant management solution that meets those needs.
• When appropriate, apply knowledge of programming languages to fulfill customer requirements and enhance their platform experience.
• Utilize exceptional project management skills and techniques to ensure adherence to scope and timelines, providing customers with a satisfactory experience during and after implementation.
• Supervise the data migration process within the project, effectively communicating the process and model while completing technical elements such as data readiness, execution, and iteration.
• Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution by proactively collaborating with team members from other departments (Product, Support, Engineering, etc.).
• Educate customers on the use of the purchased software system and its personalized features.
• Communicate with various management levels regarding project status and requirements, with the capability to discuss solutions with both technical and business communities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, understanding the significance and suitable use of tone and mediums based on circumstances and audiences.
• Be prepared to track and document all project activities diligently and report on them consistently to the project team and stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in: 1) configuring software solutions, 2) gathering customer requirements/user stories, and 3) business process analysis.
• Strong understanding of agile project management principles, tools, and techniques; previous project management experience is essential.
• Comfortable presenting technical information and leading customer meetings with professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate user scenarios (or business requirements) into technical solutions.
• Experience and/or knowledge of data migration processes and principles.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and quickly process information.
• Proven track record as a team player and leader with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for collaboration.
• A problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with creative solutions.
• A self-motivated, independent worker and thinker who maintains a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with grant management processes is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM and grantmaking software, particularly Fluxx Grantmaker, is also beneficial.
• Knowledge of scripting skills, including CSS/HTML/Liquid/Ruby.
