This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage RPA projects while collaborating with system integrators and/or global system integrators.
• Engage with customers and partners, focusing on customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Coordinate internal resources to achieve customer outcomes as outlined in agreements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all RPA projects within defined scope, quality, and budget constraints.
• Assist in establishing project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality.
• Ensure the availability and allocation of resources.
• Create detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Successfully maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Conduct and manage customer-facing project status meetings as required.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers globally to enhance PM efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers to facilitate future account sales.
• Work in partnership with the Professional Services Team and Customer Engagement team to align resources and timelines correctly.
• Internalize all aspects of the customer experience to ensure delivery excellence.
• Assist in the creation and/or review of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other related documentation.
• Maintain high levels of customer and partner engagement, emphasizing Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Gather feedback and insights from customer engagements to enhance product offerings, delivery kits, and overall customer experience.
• Continuously seek to identify, develop, and share new applications for clients.
• Identify best practice artifacts that can be compiled into delivery kits and shared with partners.
• Contribute to driving customer references and case studies.
• Over 5 years of experience in RPA project management with system integrators and/or global system integrators.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Outstanding client-facing and internal communication abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
• Experience applying change management processes in dynamic professional services projects.
• External customer-facing management experience is a plus, including with partners.
• Internal customer relationship management experience (e.g., sales, pre-sales, advisory services) is desirable.
• Experience in managing multiple workstreams, Agile Project Management, and professional services SOWs concurrently is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to foster customer loyalty and adoption, demonstrating proven experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
• Mandatory experience in UiPath project management.
• Previous experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Open Span is advantageous.
