• Lead the development and coordination of both internal and external projects with the assistance of the Technical Programs Team.
• Oversee and facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external clients to ensure resources are allocated to critical projects, priorities are synchronized, and all project deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
• Keep detailed records of projects, properties, and requirements across clients and programs — encompassing issues, risks, decisions, and schedules.
• Ensure that clients’ IT and security requirements are fulfilled as their organizations progress.
• Interact directly with clients to guarantee compliance with digital security and that their IT needs are satisfied.
• Build and sustain strong, productive working relationships with clients.
• Aid in onboarding new clients and ensure that Personified successfully executes major projects identified at the onset of the client partnership.
• Organize client check-ins, conduct quarterly review calls, and draft written communications.
• Recognize trends within client tickets and calls and suggest appropriate responses/solutions.
• Ensure that clients receive services within their defined scope of work.
• Provide support to the Technical Programs team with administrative tasks related to clients, as necessary, including document creation, updating templates, client communication, and data organization.
• Collaborate with the Support Strategy, Policy & Trainings team and IT Systems & Knowledge Manager to create and refine internal documentation and file organization.
• Bring enthusiasm and energy to various responsibilities, duties, and projects where your support and involvement are needed.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management and utilizing project management software tools.
• Proven experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders to achieve time-sensitive deliverables through effective planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly convey complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Familiarity with technology and digital security principles.
• Proficiency in managing data using spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
• Background in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a history of providing excellent customer/client experiences.
• Capability to establish and maintain essential relationships with the internal team, as well as diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Project management certification is advantageous.
• Openness to work beyond standard business hours as necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required.
