Technical Lead – iloilo Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical development and upkeep of the Iloilo platform, ensuring high standards of code quality and compliance with best practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a nurturing and inclusive team atmosphere.

• Implement and manage AI and machine learning functionalities within the platform.

• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, suggesting innovations when suitable.

• Ensure that the platform fulfills performance, security, and scalability standards.

• Contribute to shaping the overall product strategy from a technical standpoint.

• Guarantee the platform's adherence to data protection laws and industry standards.

• Work alongside the product team to incorporate user feedback and continuously enhance the platform.

• Oversee the technical elements of scaling the platform as the user base expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a Thai university.

• Over 5 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.

• Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies.

• Familiarity with our technology stack, which includes Angular, React Native, NodeJS, Hapi Framework, MySQL, Digital Ocean, FFmpeg, and Amazon S3/Cloudinary.

• Knowledge of the Thai tech industry.

• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication abilities in both Thai and English.

• Experience in agile development environments.

• Capacity to balance technical leadership with practical coding tasks.
