This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide technical direction for the ServiceNow development team
• Create and improve applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and manage workflows and automations utilizing Flow Designer
• Develop APIs and facilitate integrations with both internal and external systems
• Implement customizations and enhancements in ITSM modules
• Address incident resolution and offer ongoing support for existing solutions
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and compliance with platform best practices
• Assist the team in tackling complex issues and defining technical solutions
• Engage in architectural discussions and suggest continuous improvements to processes and applications
• Review code and technical documentation, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
• Significant experience with development on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience in technical leadership of teams or projects
• Advanced understanding of ITSM
• Proficiency with Flow Designer
• Familiarity with IntegrationHub
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of Script Includes
• Understanding of UI Builder
• Proficient in Transform Maps
• Experience with Import Sets
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications; experience in digital transformation projects; experience with complex integrations and large-scale corporate environments; knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules.
