Technical Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Complete oversight of the game release process — from certification and production deployment to ongoing compliance and performance assessment post-launch.

• Overseeing technical compliance certification projects in accordance with various regulations across multiple regions.

• Guaranteeing the prompt issuance of certificates as per the established schedule.

• Facilitating communication between external testing laboratories and internal stakeholders regarding the certification of Playson's games and components.

• Keeping compliance documentation updated on the xEye platform and Compliance Documentation Repository.

• Developing compliance documentation for internal (Policies and Procedures, change logs) and external (Component Register, Technical Project C) use.

• Participating in external audits in alignment with technical standards across different jurisdictions.

• Serving as the primary contact for technical compliance-related inquiries from various departments.

• Assisting the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within a B2B supplier or a testing laboratory.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to efficiently handle a high volume of tasks.

• Strong proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms.

• Exceptional organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Capability to identify process-related challenges and pursue continuous improvement.

• Keen attention to detail and precision.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team with members located in different places.
