Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Structure the business and technical context to enable the design, development, and testing of high-quality solutions.

• Utilize AI tools for the generation and validation of requirements and test cases.

• Analyze end-to-end behaviors of systems.

• Document business rules, integrations, APIs, and dependencies, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Professional experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst.

• Strong technical focus on systems analysis, integrations, APIs, and solution architecture.

• Solid knowledge of data flows, transformations, system integration, logical data modeling, multi-system architectures, and understanding of technical dependencies.

• Experience in documenting detailed functional specifications, sequence diagrams, flowcharts, technical contexts, and structured artifacts for development and QA teams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Advanced English (minimum B2+) for daily interaction with international clients.
