Tech Lead Software Engineer – OpenCTI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical facilitator - not merely an individual contributor, but an enabler and supporter.

• Directly engage with significant components of the codebase, including major feature development and critical bug resolutions.

• Oversee, challenge, and invigorate technical discussions within your team and across different teams.

• Advocate for best practices while ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives (addressing technical challenges, managing dependencies, handling security concerns, etc.).

• Mentor and coach engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and consistent feedback.

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on task estimation and roadmap planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, demonstrating a strong record of dependable delivery.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining high-availability SaaS products.

• Comfortable operating in a fully remote, asynchronous-first work environment.

• Proficient technical skills in: NodeJS, React, GraphQL, Elasticsearch (or similar technologies).

• Strong sense of ownership: proactive in reporting, anticipating risks, and driving tasks to completion.

• Capable of proposing architectural improvements: identifying enhancements, making pragmatic trade-offs, and aligning with stakeholders.

• Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills; able to work with PM/PO and EM on project scope, sequencing, and technical decisions.

• Experience with Open-Source projects and/or Cybersecurity is highly advantageous.
