📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications.

• Ensure compliance with best practices in software architecture, code quality, and security measures.

• Provide direct technical leadership, guiding distributed teams in the implementation of effective solutions.

• Propel the execution of solutions utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert intricate requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Conduct troubleshooting, optimize performance, and support incident resolution.

• Establish development standards, technical governance, and engineering best practices.

• Mentor team members, fostering technical growth, autonomy, and collaboration.

• Support projects in high-criticality environments, ensuring quality, resilience, and timely delivery.

• Contribute to the advancement of enterprise architectures within the context of financial services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level), capable of communicating in an international setting.

• Extensive experience as a Java Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Proven experience in developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java applications.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

• Understanding of distributed systems and enterprise architecture.

• Experience in leading distributed or global technical teams.

• Ability to function in dynamic, complex, and high-pressure environments, showcasing resilience and decisiveness.
