This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the reference point for software architecture, contributing to the definition of robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Design and implement applications using Python, as well as web applications with JavaScript and ReactJS, ensuring adequate coverage of unit and functional tests (pytest, Playwright).
• Provide technical leadership to the team: mentor developers, review code, resolve issues, and uphold coding standards.
• Utilize AWS services (including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, among others), execute deployments via Docker, and construct complex SQL queries.
• Make informed technical and architectural decisions while assessing trade-offs, technical debt, and system evolution.
• Assist in analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and offering technical support.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Over 6 years of experience as a Full Stack developer, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
• Extensive experience with Python and React (or a comparable JavaScript/TypeScript stack).
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud applications, preferably AWS.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role, guiding other developers (tech lead, senior technical reference, etc.).
• A solid understanding of software architecture and design, including scoping, trade-offs, technical debt, and system evolution.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity. Proficient in teaching, mentoring, and enhancing the technical skills of colleagues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.
• Proficiency in English for interacting with an international team (fluency is not required, but a comfortable command for day-to-day technical discussions is necessary).
