Tech Lead – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the migration and re-architecture of legacy Golang services into a contemporary Python-based environment.

• Actively engage in development, crafting high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.

• Define and take ownership of the cloud architecture roadmap on Azure, ensuring both scalability and reliability.

• Guarantee that systems comply with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA/GDPR).

• Offer technical leadership by mentoring the team and advocating for best practices such as code reviews and architectural standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience with Python, focusing on backend systems and data pipelines.

• More than 5 years of experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud architectures on Azure.

• Demonstrated experience leading at least one significant system migration or complete re-architecture (e.g., from Golang to Python).

• At least 3 years of experience with Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) or high-volume data platforms.

• Strong understanding of React for front-end integration.

• Extensive experience in making architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, and technical debt.

• Capability to work independently and lead technical initiatives from start to finish.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
