Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish technical guidelines, development standards, and best practices in software engineering for the team.

• Create and enhance scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for applications and APIs.

• Play a key role in the development of critical features that involve high technical complexity.

• Provide support, mentorship, and development opportunities for other team members through code reviews, pair programming, and continuous technical guidance.

• Engage in requirements refinement, estimation, prioritization, and solution design processes.

• Promote the adoption of automated testing, monitoring, observability, and DevOps best practices.

• Serve as a liaison between business, product, architecture, and development teams to ensure technical and strategic coherence.

• Facilitate technical discussions and take an active role in the team's agile ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python and FastAPI in enterprise settings.

• In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, messaging, and system integration.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and observability methodologies.

• Expertise in data modeling, query optimization, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Proven history with automated testing, code review, security measures, and performance optimization.

• Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and engineering best practices.
