Team Lead – SAP SuccessFactors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the SAP SuccessFactors team

• Offer consulting and support to both new and existing clients (remote/on-site), including the customization and enhancement of current business processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors)

• Participate in and take on partial or full project responsibilities during client engagements

• Create innovative solution proposals and execute them as part of a comprehensive suite of consulting services

• Collect client requirements and deliver expert consulting and training

• Develop functional and technical concepts

• Organize and lead workshops, testing phases, and presentations

• Support the development of the sales/business development function

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors

• A minimum of two SAP SuccessFactors certifications

• Familiarity with at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules

• A strong desire to learn something new every day

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Exceptional service and customer orientation
