Team Lead, SAP Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding remote team leadership and application support for critical SAP applications as part of the global customer support team.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide support across various SAP modules for international clients.

• Oversee a small team of support engineers in their daily application support tasks.

• Engage in hands-on application support.

• Identify significant issues; develop, test, package, and implement solutions for complex problems within integrated environments.

• Build, develop, and nurture a strong, cohesive team to ensure effective SAP support.

• Facilitate the resolution of intricate customer challenges through methodical troubleshooting, leveraging expert knowledge of SAP application functionalities.

• Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment.

• Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical or functional advisor.

• Offer expertise, guidance, and active participation during the sales cycle to the Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Software Product Support with necessary Techno-Functional Skills.

• Proficient in one or more of the following SAP Modules: MM / WM / FICO / SD / HCM / PP / PM.

• At least 5 years of SAP AMS support experience.

• More than 5 years of substantial Team Leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of 7 or more individuals providing SAP AMS Support.

• Fluent in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese is mandatory.
