Teacher of Physics – Part Time

📋 Description

• Deliver captivating online Physics lessons

• Design and execute lessons that adhere to Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and A-Level standards

• Create and update course materials, lesson outlines, and educational resources within the LMS

• Evaluate student assignments and offer prompt, constructive feedback

• Track student progress and provide necessary interventions or enhancements

• Prepare learners for both internal and external assessments

• Utilize student performance analytics to guide teaching approaches

• Foster positive student relationships and uphold high expectations for achievement

• Engage in communication with students, parents, and fellow educators

• Work collaboratively with Physics and other academic departments to exchange best practices and ensure curriculum consistency

• Advocate for effective digital teaching methods and intentional use of technology

• Participate in CGA’s broader academic and extracurricular initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified educator with a strong background in Physics

• Experience in teaching secondary-level Physics

• Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and/or A-Level Physics specifications, examiner reports, and marking criteria is a plus

• Proficient in delivering engaging lessons in a virtual setting

• Comfortable utilizing digital learning platforms and educational technologies

• Capable of tailoring learning experiences to support students at varying levels

• Organized, collaborative, and dedicated to maintaining high academic standards

• Exceptional communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues

• Enthusiastic about Physics and capable of inspiring academically driven students
