This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct structured and empathetic competency-based interviews, emphasizing the DISC methodology;
• Analyze both behavioral and technical profiles with exceptional accuracy;
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports on selected candidates;
• Keep the ATS and calendar updated in real time, ensuring every candidate receives feedback;
• Present selected candidates to hiring managers at client companies, detailing your technical assessments;
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance our processes, making them more efficient, ethical, and humane.
• A Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Exceptional technical writing skills are essential for creating candidate dossiers;
• Previous experience conducting online interviews, ideally in roles related to Technology, Marketing, or Legal;
• Certification in behavioral analysis, such as DISC, Profiler, or similar;
• Proficient in using Google Drive, Zoom/Google Meet, and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
• Must possess a computer and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Contracting model: Contractor (PJ) — fixed fee based on experience along with performance-based bonuses;
