This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive management of high-volume roles for the Retail VP channels.

• Assist in implementing projects related to Talent Attraction.

• Analyze the market and provide insights regarding talent pools and trends.

• Engage with candidates and conduct interviews: the goal is to identify the best professionals who align with our culture, ensuring the right fit for each role.

• Perform data analysis and dashboard reporting, generating valuable insights about positions and operational areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection for retail roles.

• Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive high-volume hiring processes.

• Self-motivated and independent, with the initiative to execute and lead effective recruitment strategies.

• Located in Curitiba for occasional in-person selection activities.
