• We are in search of a Tableau expert who is passionate about dashboards, visualizations, and analytics. This position will primarily focus on Tableau development and reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to convert complex datasets into intuitive, high-performance dashboards that facilitate informed business decisions.
• Position Overview: The Tableau Developer will take charge of designing, constructing, optimizing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards utilized throughout the organization. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and data teams to translate requirements into impactful visual analytics.
• This role is hands-on, suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex reporting challenges and crafting exceptional user experiences within Tableau.
• 3+ years of practical Tableau development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong expertise in:
• Calculated Fields
• LOD Expressions
• Parameters
• Sets
• Dashboard Actions
• Performance Optimization
• Tableau Data Modeling
• Experience in creating executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple reporting projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with large datasets and complex reporting environments.
• Familiarity with Tableau extracts, Hyper files, and performance tuning.
• Basic SQL skills.
• Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Tableau governance, permissions, and deployment processes.
