This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the escalation contact for the Merchant Services team concerning issues related to internal technology and third-party processing partners.
• Work collaboratively with Dev/Product Support to address escalated concerns from the Operations and Integrations teams.
• Function as a liaison between the Dev/Product and Merchant Services teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on both existing and new Trustly technologies for all Trustly teams.
• Disseminate SME knowledge across various channels, including ticketing systems, public forums, online chat, social media, client calls, and more.
• Execute account configuration and operational tasks to assist the Integrations team.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call service to support the Merchant Services team.
• Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Capable of developing straightforward solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries.
• Experience in making RESTful API calls.
• Skilled in debugging and investigating issues raised by merchants and Trustly teams.
• Competent in performing quality assurance to ensure that new product features align with merchants' requirements.
• Background in merchant operations, technical customer support, or software quality assurance.
• Familiar with AWS, Salesforce Service Cloud, and database querying.
• Plus: Previous experience with mobile platforms.
• Plus: Previous experience in cloud software development.
