Systems Automation & Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time integrations utilizing Boomi/Workato to ensure smooth data exchange and synchronization across various platforms while adhering to best practices.

• Create and support integration workflows, including managing and deploying APIs, utilizing iPaaS features, and integrating with enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications.

• Employ common integration frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex data mapping to facilitate scalable and reliable integrations.

• Use scripting languages and APIs (JavaScript, Groovy, REST, SOAP) while handling a variety of data formats, including XML, JSON, and CSV.

• Address advanced integration scenarios that involve SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, and JSON technologies to support intricate business use cases.

• Implement secure authentication and encryption methods (OAuth, SAML, PGP encryption/decryption) to safeguard data and ensure secure communication between systems.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on data security and retention, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance integration performance, automation, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, building, and supporting real-time integrations using Boomi or Workato, with a solid background in production support.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage integration workflows, including APIs, leveraging iPaaS features and integrating with enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications.

• Practical experience with Snowflake and Databricks, including the capability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database components.

• Proficient in scripting and programming (JavaScript, Java/Groovy) with experience in handling various data formats like XML, JSON, and CSV.

• Knowledge of integration frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex data mapping for scalable and reliable solutions.

• Experience in implementing secure authentication and encryption methods (OAuth, SAML, PGP encryption/decryption), with a strong focus on data security, retention, and compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to optimize and scale integrations across complex enterprise application environments.
