This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership, enhance, and sustain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Oversee configuration modifications, improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Spearhead implementation processes from collecting requirements to launch.
• Provide support for the implementation and potential management of Workday Scheduling.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to collect requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure robust integration with other Workday modules and systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Demonstrated capability to diagnose and resolve configuration and functional challenges.
• Proficient in system testing and release management.
• Experience in global or multi-country settings with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of the interconnections and dependencies of Absence and Time Tracking modules.
