System Analyst – Card Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative features for card services to facilitate product expansion and enhance operations.

• Create clear and organized documentation tailored for developers.

• Design APIs and system integrations from the ground up while refining existing solutions.

• Create new services and optimize current offerings.

• Establish and oversee integrations with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Assume full accountability for tasks from the initial business request to the production launch.

• Collaborate closely with various teams to discuss processes.

• Assign tasks to developers and QA engineers using tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Initiate and oversee the release process.

• Track service performance post-release and manage any incidents that arise in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a System Analyst, preferably within the fintech or banking sectors.

• Familiarity with payment services or systems.

• Comprehension of the interactions between acquirers, issuers, and payment systems.

• Strong expertise in microservice architecture and system design.

• Proven experience in API design and building integrations from scratch.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Background in incident analysis and resolution in a production environment.

• Proactive attitude, willing to suggest and implement enhancements.
