System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Transform overarching product concepts into detailed and structured requirements.

• Suggest alternative solutions along with their trade-offs (including non-functional requirements and edge cases).

• Collaborate with Engineers to establish a shared technical direction early in the process.

• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and system design limitations.

• Partner closely with Engineering Managers to facilitate the delivery of features to production.

• **Experience in the fintech or banking sector** (particularly advantageous if you have worked on high-integrity systems, such as payments, onboarding, or internal platforms).

• A proactive work ethic: this role is not about passive documentation. We seek someone who thinks systemically, understands the dynamics of engineering teams, and can navigate complex cross-functional workflows from conception to execution.

• Proficiency in managing both technical and non-functional requirements, including aspects related to performance, security, and scalability.
