System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Utilize expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the product development journey.

• Create and manage project documentation in line with project management methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall.

• Collect, analyze, document, and oversee business and functional requirements, including establishing priorities and defining scope boundaries.

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and enhance requirements.

• Assist in solution design and implementation within microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Define and document integration requirements involving REST APIs, Kafka, XML, and JSON.

• Employ Jira and Confluence for managing requirements, documentation, and team workflows.

• Conduct data analysis and validation using SQL and database management tools like PL/SQL Developer and pgAdmin.

• Model and document business processes using BPMN and interaction flows with Sequence Diagrams.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Contribute to initiatives focusing on banking operations and process enhancements.

• Leverage knowledge of the NBU Chart of Accounts for analyzing and documenting banking-related requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the banking sector, particularly in active operations servicing.

• Understanding the stages and processes of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall) and experience in preparing documentation accordingly.

• Knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, and management principles, including requirement types, detection methods, defining scope boundaries, and prioritization.

• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture principles.

• Familiarity with data exchange formats (XML, JSON).

• Knowledge of integration principles and interaction with external systems using REST API and Kafka.

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management.

• Skills in database management and SQL usage (PL/SQL Developer, pgAdmin).

• Experience in documenting and modeling business processes using BPMN.

• Skills in creating and analyzing interaction diagrams (Sequence Diagrams).
