This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will offer cohesive executive leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to a worldwide team of platform architects, product managers, and software engineers.
• You will define and steer the technical roadmap for Hyperproof’s enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities, ensuring complete alignment with the overall corporate strategy, security protocols, and governance standards.
• You will take direct responsibility for business and financial outcomes related to platform-driven growth, crafting infrastructure strategies that directly contribute to and support ARR, NRR, and GRR growth across our enterprise clientele.
• You will lead the integration and standardization of essential, enterprise-grade platform functionalities—specifically centralizing and scaling Authentication, Roles/Permissions, Tasks, Workflows, and comprehensive system Logging.
• You will design and manage the strategic multi-cloud integration of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) application, successfully launching it in new cloud environments.
• You will advocate for developer experience (DX) and productivity by creating reusable components, application engineering patterns, and technical playbooks that facilitate swift adoption.
• You will assess cloud services, frameworks, data architectures, and AI platform tools with a strong emphasis on developer self-service, reuse, interoperability, cost-effectiveness, and enterprise scalability.
• You will establish repeatable technical patterns and platform standards for transitioning core data pipelines and advanced AI/GenAI capabilities safely from experimentation to production-level implementation.
• You will cultivate a culture of unwavering quality control, implementing robust testing frameworks, automated verification processes, and performance SLAs to ensure enterprise-level stability and eliminate critical regression issues.
• You will design and implement a cohesive 6-month product-engineering platform roadmap that introduces secure-by-design architectural patterns, model orchestration layers, and reusable accelerators.
• You will achieve a highly predictable, metric-driven platform delivery pipeline by year-end, characterized by exceptional platform stability, high team accountability, and optimized engineering efficiency.
• Over 10 years of experience leading software product and/or engineering divisions within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization, including a minimum of 5 years in an executive-level leadership position (SVP, VP, or equivalent).
• Proven success in directly managing both Product Management and Software Engineering teams concurrently, effectively integrating both areas into a single platform delivery organization.
• More than 12 years of progressive technology experience spanning software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Demonstrated success in delivering production-grade enterprise platforms, reusable engineering frameworks, integration patterns, or developer productivity solutions that elevate engineering standards.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native platform design, APIs, microservices, and contemporary data architectures, along with foundational knowledge of emerging AI/GenAI engineering patterns (e.g., model orchestration, RAG, embeddings).
• Extensive experience leading multi-tiered organizations comprising VPs, Directors, and Managers across geographically distributed locations.
• Profound knowledge in establishing and guiding organizations through comprehensive platform performance and engineering metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, system availability, cloud spending efficiency, quality assurance KPIs).
• Note: You must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
