This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Create and deliver high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Design user-friendly mobile experiences encompassing insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile applications are stable, scalable, and reliable.

• Continually enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading speed, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, production insights, and user feedback to consistently elevate product quality.

• Develop AI-enhanced mobile experiences that provide significant value to users.

• Contribute to engineering standards, engage in code reviews, and promote continuous improvement across the mobile platform.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile development.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining production-ready mobile applications on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).

• Strong grasp of contemporary mobile architecture patterns and best practices for native platforms.

• Proficiency in SwiftUI/UIKit or Jetpack Compose/Android SDK.

• In-depth knowledge of mobile UX, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

• Experience with integrating REST APIs and resolving production-related issues.

• Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed engineering team.
