This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage directly with our clients to address Tier I level concerns.
• Deliver exceptional responsiveness and support through email, chat, text, and phone.
• Be consistently available to offer live assistance via email, chat, text, and phone during designated hours of 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT).
• Coordinate and follow up on internal requests and ongoing work.
• Adhere to the established workflow for triaging and escalating support tickets.
• Contribute to team growth by sharing your innovative ideas for enhancement and collaboration.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and capacity to connect with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Openness to learning and participating as a collaborative team member.
• Proficient with software and quick to understand its functionality.
• Proven professional and helpful attitude while interacting with clients.
• Some college education, college graduate, tech boot camp, or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with software development and support.
• Exposure to healthcare organizations and clinicians (familiarity with clinicians is advantageous).
