This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Assist in the identification, implementation, and assessment of sales initiatives aimed at generating new revenue and mitigating attrition risks.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, acting as a dependable resource and point of contact.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and provide insights for senior leadership.
• Help prepare presentations for executives that summarize program impacts, successes, and opportunities.
• Play a role in cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and contribute to advancing strategy.
• Manage time zone challenges and regional specifics to effectively support globally distributed teams.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or similar fields (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred experience in collaborating with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships across functions and handle competing priorities.
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Experience will be assessed based on core competencies for the role (e.g., leadership roles in extracurricular activities, military service, volunteer work, and professional experience).
