Subcontractor Administrator – Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Subcontract & Compliance Specialist will assist in the management and compliance oversight of federal contracts governed by the Service Contract Act (SCA).

• This position is tasked with ensuring effective subcontract management, compliance with labor classifications, implementation of wage determinations, and adherence to relevant FAR, DFARS, HHSAR, and Department of Labor (DOL) regulations.

• Oversee compliance with health & welfare (H&W) benefit requirements.

• Assist with audits related to SCA compliance, as requested by the Contracts & Compliance Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting federal contracts.

• Familiarity with: - FAR Part 22, SCA, Davis Bacon (DBA), Wage Determinations, and subcontract flow-down requirements.

• Experience in coordinating with HR and Payroll regarding labor compliance.

• Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
