Student Intern – Reporting and Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of administrative and professional tasks within the designated department.

• Conduct research, create, update, and maintain documentation specific to the department.

• Handle customer service duties effectively.

• Acquire knowledge in designing and implementing reports and dashboards aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of some college coursework or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Current student or recent graduate (within the last 3 months) from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum of 1 year: Capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences through various channels, including face-to-face, verbal, and written communication.

• Prior experience in customer support/service is preferred.
