📋 Description

• Lead the success of proposals.

• Work closely with proposal managers and sales leaders to create persuasive and unique proposal content that secures business.

• Perform extensive market and therapeutic area research to guarantee proposals are well-informed, relevant, and engaging.

• Provide strategic insights during planning meetings—assessing client needs, suggesting study methodologies, and ensuring practical, high-quality solutions.

• Manage the entire proposal development process from strategy to delivery, overseeing timelines and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.

• Master the development of contracts.

• Collaborate with contract specialists to draft clear, effective contract language that safeguards Parexel while fulfilling client expectations.

• Confidently navigate intricate contractual requirements and master service agreements (MSAs).

• Identify potential issues early on and work together to address them before signing.

• Foster organizational excellence.

• Update and enhance our proposal and contract templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Contribute to case studies and thought leadership publications.

• Share insights and lessons learned with the team to perpetually refine our processes.

• Mentor and guide junior team members as you advance into a leadership role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or a related field.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and verbal).

• In-depth understanding of clinical study execution and contractual frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to create compelling, differentiated proposal strategies.
