📋 Description

• Strategic Opportunity Mapping: Conduct research to identify emerging market niches, investment visas, and tax incentives in critical areas such as LATAM (Mercosur), the US, and Europe, thereby playing a vital role in the global growth of our clients.

• Global Scenario and Risk Analysis: Continuously monitor the activities of international competitors and detect geopolitical signals (weak signals) that may impact clients' assets, proactively anticipating challenges and suggesting solutions.

• Data Intelligence with Generative AI: Employ and refine research workflows utilizing top Generative AIs (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) for intricate data extraction and intelligent report automation, enhancing the effectiveness and depth of our analyses.

• Strategic Insights Visualization: Create and sustain dynamic, user-friendly dashboards (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio), converting raw data into actionable visual intelligence for both leadership and clients.

• Accuracy and Reliability: Ensure the validation and dependability of sources (IMF, World Bank, Central Banks), addressing discrepancies and maintaining the integrity of the information that underpins our recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in International Relations, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Languages: Advanced/Fluent English is essential, with a proven ability to read, synthesize, and effectively communicate international technical reports.

• Hard Skills: Advanced Excel — expertise in pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling. Proficiency with Generative AI — capability to utilize AI tools for advanced research and process enhancement.

• Soft Skills: Unquenchable investigative curiosity, ability to self-manage in a fast-paced remote environment, systemic thinking to connect complex ideas, and initiative to seek innovative solutions.

• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL, or R). Proficiency in Power BI or Looker Studio. International experience or understanding of tax/customs legislation.
