This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Serve as a representative for the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands, promoting the product lineup to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographic region.
• Engage in direct sales of products, including physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems.
• Implement pull-through programs and events aimed at patients.
• Collaborate with departments such as Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APC’s, Marketing, and other Allergan sales teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to provide education on both new and existing products.
• Oversee the execution of initiatives across the portfolio, balancing device sales to enhance skincare and consumable business.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• A background in aesthetics sales or related experience with a skincare company is highly desirable.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Demonstrated selling skills are required.
• Analytical skills are important.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficient contract negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience with financial and budgetary matters is needed.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. is necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software is required.
