Statistical Programmer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop or create program specifications through discussions with supervisors, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users.

• Transform designs and specifications into executable computer code.

• Investigate code to identify errors and modify programs accordingly.

• Draft and update documentation regarding modifications to computer code, programs, and specifications.

• Evaluate user and technical documentation produced by others to ensure alignment with program functionalities.

• Amend programs for corrections, enhancements, or changes in the system environment.

• Collaborate with fellow programmers regarding program updates.

• Adjust and support software applications developed by other individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, statistics, or a related discipline with up to 2 years of professional programming experience in the SAS language; strong knowledge of SAS/Base focusing on data step programming; proficiency in understanding and altering existing SAS code, as well as creating SAS code from specifications.
