This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design efforts with customers and partners.
• Conduct workshops with customer stakeholders in areas such as security, infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and workplace technology.
• Manage relationships with the technical counterparts of customers throughout and following the sales process.
• Assist customers in assessing Firefox Enterprise across various aspects, including deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, security controls, and operational suitability.
• Design and assist with pilots, proofs of concept, and implementation plans.
• Provide guidance to customers regarding deployment models, architectural choices, and integration strategies for enterprise environments.
• Confirm interoperability across systems such as SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxy/network controls, endpoint tools, certificates/PKI, and browser policy frameworks.
• Identify and address technical risks early, including application compatibility, certificate management, deployment complexities, and policy enforcement needs.
• Develop reusable technical resources such as reference architectures, deployment guidelines, validation plans, and technical enablement materials.
• Support and empower partners involved in deployment, integration, and customer success.
• Advocate for Mozilla’s principles of openness, trust, and user agency in every customer engagement.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in roles such as Staff Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Ideally possess in-depth knowledge of the French IT landscape, especially within the public sector, financial services, or critical infrastructure operators (OIVs).
• Strong foundation in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Windows enterprise deployment
• GPO / MDM / policy management
• Certificates / PKI / TLS / proxies
• SSO / MFA / IdP integrations
• SIEM / DLP / CASB ecosystems
• Kubernetes / Helm for customer-operated environments.
• Experience with pilots, technical assessments, or enterprise deployments in complex customer scenarios.
• Capability to convert intricate regulatory requirements into technical configurations and sales documentation.
• Proficient communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assisting customers in progressing from evaluation to deployment confidently.
• Willing and able to travel within France as necessary for the role, with a preference for candidates based in the Paris metro area.
• Must be prepared to occasionally accommodate collaboration and meetings aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native-level proficiency in French.
