• Promote an AI-centric approach to internal tools

• Develop high-reliability systems for diverse teams

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering

• Proven track record of ownership over technical strategies and roadmaps

• Established ability to execute complex initiatives

• History of improving team technical quality

• Experience in designing internal tooling or operational systems

• Responsible utilization of generative AI
