Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product development from database schema to user interface components.

• Design scalable solutions capable of handling millions of documents.

• Collaborate with the ML team to integrate AI solutions.

• Enhance the engineering culture by implementing development practices and introducing new AI-driven tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Go (preferred), Java, C++, or other similar strongly typed programming languages.

• Competence in React, TypeScript, or other contemporary JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with building applications on AWS (including Lambda, SQS, S3).

• Proven track record of leading projects with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience in Fintech, Mortgage Tech, or complex workflow automation is a plus.
