This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, uphold, and enhance endpoint security solutions such as EDR, DLP, secure browsers, MDM, and AI security systems within a multi-cloud, multi-SaaS enterprise setting.
• Take ownership of the technical roadmap for endpoint security tools.
• Create intelligent security platforms and automate security operations through AI and software engineering.
• Minimize operational toil, boost detection accuracy, and expedite security responses through scalable automation.
• Oversee security event monitoring, investigate incidents, and develop real-time detection and prevention systems.
• Build threat intelligence pipelines.
• Perform risk and threat analyses to identify and address vulnerabilities from start to finish.
• Implement zero-trust principles to decrease the attack surface at endpoints.
• Formulate and execute endpoint protection policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, IT, and Product teams to establish endpoint security strategies and promote secure engineering practices.
• Offer technical guidance to staff and end-users while advocating for a security culture through education and enablement.
• Set security engineering standards encompassing threat modeling, secure design, detection quality, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and introduce innovative techniques and adversarial viewpoints.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in information security, including security engineering, threat intelligence or detection, or incident response, with a strong emphasis on endpoint security.
• Expertise in software development using Python, Go, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
• Significant experience with AI-assisted development.
• Practical experience in designing, deploying, and managing endpoint security tools such as EDR, DLP, MDM, secure browsers, and AI security solutions.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Strong comprehension of operating systems, network protocols, application platforms, endpoint security principles, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects autonomously and execute them from start to finish.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are preferred.
• Capability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
