This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and manage the comprehensive integration architecture for UKG implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations utilizing APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• Configure and oversee REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, EDI, and middleware integrations.
• Lead the entire lifecycle of integration delivery, encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Implement integrations between UKG and enterprise systems, including Payroll, HRIS, ERP, and Benefits platforms.
• Configure and support integrations with ADP Payroll, NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, as well as Benefits carriers and third-party vendors.
• Conduct EDI setup, mapping, testing, and carrier certification tasks.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with teams specializing in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals.
• Establish integration governance, monitoring, error handling, and support processes.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate efforts with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Guarantee that integration solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to organizational standards.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of total experience.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing UKG integrations.
• UKG Integration Certification is mandatory.
• At least 2-3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects completed.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as Boomi, SFTP, CSV/XML, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with EDI integrations and carrier connectivity.
• Practical experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations.
• Knowledge of UKG Ready integrations.
• Familiarity with integrations involving NetSuite, ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules.
• Strong competencies in data mapping and transformation, validation and reconciliation techniques, as well as integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with benefits integrations, Beacon, and EverythingBenefits is preferred.
• Exposure to WFC to Pro WFM migration programs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
