This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Prepare attestation engagements in alignment with established standards, including the formulation of agreed-upon procedures and audit reports.
• Gather and assess data pertaining to renewable fuel production facilities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Acquire a foundational understanding of the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and the West Coast Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), while staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Confirm pathways through our new Quality Assurance Program (QAP) under the Renewable Fuels Standard.
• Conduct research on new regulatory releases related to renewable fuels compliance programs, including interpretation and summarization of these programs.
• Represent the firm positively by communicating effectively with clients and consistently maintaining the company’s image.
• Actively engage in business development and foster relationships to enhance both personal and firm growth.
• A degree in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related field, either a 2-year or 4-year program, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word.
