This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Contribute to the fundamental speech and voice generation experience at Synthesia.

• Conceptualize and implement features within the script preview and voice orchestration framework.

• Collaborate with various Text-to-Speech (TTS) providers to develop recommendation systems.

• Take responsibility for features from conception to deployment, even with loosely defined requirements.

• Work alongside product, design, and AI teams to transform user challenges into experiments and features.

• Release features with flags, assess outcomes, and enhance based on feedback.

• Proven experience in developing and launching product features end-to-end within production settings.

• Strong product orientation, capable of addressing unclear problems and solving them iteratively.

• Comfortable navigating 0 to 1 environments, engaging in fast-paced experimentation and prototyping.

• Assess technical feasibility, making practical trade-offs, particularly with external systems.

• Commitment to reliability and user experience, striving for consistent solutions in real-world applications.

• Confidence in collaborating with product and design teams, including the ability to provide constructive pushback.

• Openness to debugging and working across the entire technology stack.
